當初極樂寺經過長期審慎的評估考核，決定與具有國際殯葬水準與宏觀生命理念的富責集團合作，打造符合悲願慈心的莊嚴骨灰殿堂。落成啓用後的西湖園骨灰殿確實以周全的設施，貼心的服務和安詳的氛圍，在北馬地區為火化塔葬的生命禮儀樹立了最符合時代需求與期待的新高標準。
